Pet Policy at Anglers Lodge

We know pets are part of your family too - we allow pets on our campsites only during certain times of the year with approval from a staff member. Pets must be disclosed at the time of the booking.

Pets are accepted the following dates (our PET FRIENDLY dates) -

• After Waitangi Day, 7th February to 20th December EXCLUDING any long weekends or public holidays or certain dates.

Pets are not accepted  in the lodge the following dates -

Sorry during this period – we are at full capacity with humans, trials in the past have had some owners breach our requirements and upset other guests

x 21st December to 6th February

When pets are staying with us - there is currently no charge for bringing a pet, but you must follow our pet rules

• Any pets coming must be advised at the time of booking.
• Selected sites only & limited amount available, and we try our best to make sure you have space around you.
• It is the pet owner’s responsibility to ensure the safety and supervision of their pet and of others around their pet.
• All dogs must be legally registered & vaccinated.
• Animals must be quiet and not disturb others, and of a friendly nature.
• Animals must be tied up and/or on a leash at all times. Wandering pets and their owners will be asked to leave the park.
• Owners must clean up after their pets immediately.
• Pets are not permitted inside amenity blocks, kitchens, pool or communal BBQ areas.
